Oven-baked dishes

As with pizza and baking roots in Zagorje, the stone baking furnace has a special significance in the thermal preparation of štrukli. Open fire sloping down the stone and opening of the baking furnace through which the air enters and blends with fire is the best and most natural way of cooking dishes – Zagorje štrukli, pizza, bacon and other dishes traditionally prepared in breadcrumbs.
