  1. UVJETI KORIŠTENJA

Ugostiteljstvo “Čuček” nudi smještaj u privatnim sobama te poslužuje jela i pića. Pristupom, pregledavanjem ili korištenjem web stranice i / ili rezervacije, izjavljujete da ste pročitali, shvatili i prihvatili navedene uvjete koje je postavio Ugostiteljstvo “Čuček”

  1. KATEGORIZACIJA I OPIS SOBA

Smještaj i sadržaji koje nudimo opisani su prema službenoj kategorizaciji koju je odredila Republika Hrvatska, koja se primjenjuje u vrijeme objavljivanja programa. Ugostiteljstvo “Čuček” ne preuzima nikakvu odgovornost za informacije, u pisanom ili usmenom obliku, što nije u skladu s opisom usluga i sadržaja objavljenih na web stranicama, a koje je primila treća strana. Ugostiteljstvo “Čuček” ne snosi odgovornost u slučaju netočnih podataka poslovnih partnera.

 

  1. REZERVACIJA SMJEŠTAJA

3.1. Rezervirajući smještaj, gost ulazi u izravni odnos s Ugostiteljstvo “Čuček”.

 

3.2. Rezervacije se mogu izvršiti na Internet stranici ili putem telefona: +385 (91) 434 6651. Također smo dostupni na e-mail ugostiteljstvocucek@gmail.com. Rezervacija je dovršena samo ako je uspješno odobrena (putem e-maila ili telefona)

 

3.3. Minimalni boravak su 2 sata.

 

  1. CIJENA USLUGA

4.1. Trenutna cijena usluga navedena je na našoj internetskoj stranici, kao i u ponudi koja se dobiva putem sustava za online rezervaciju ili od rezervacijskog odjela. U slučaju bilo kakvih promjena ili odstupanja od rezervirane usluge naplaćuju se redovne cijene.

 

4.2. Povrati nisu mogući za usluge koje nisu korištene.

 

4.3. Svi tipovi posebnih usluga koji nisu uključeni u cijenu, plaća gost i gost će ih naručiti prilikom rezervacije ili uputom upita o mjestu.

 

4.4. Zadržavamo pravo odbiti, poništiti ili izmijeniti rezervaciju u slučaju zlouporabe rezervacijskog sustava ili ako je rezervacija očigledna pogreška koju je napravio korisnik.

 

4.5. Cijene uključuju cijenu smještaja, trošak struje, grijanje, posteljinu, ručnike i završno čišćenje.

 

4.6. Boravišna pristojba naplaćuje se na recepciji tijekom odjave

 

4.7. Besplatni bežični internet dostupan je u svim sobama. Domaćin neće biti odgovoran za potencijalne tehničke probleme koje uzrokuje davatelj usluga.

 

4.8. Doručak se može poslužiti u restoranu i dodatno se naplaćuje.

 

4.9 Pomoćni ležajevi dostupni su na zahtjev, a dostupnost ih treba potvrditi e-poštom.

 

  1. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

5.1. Na dan dolaska, soba je na raspolaganju od 13:00 sati

 

5.2. Vrijeme prijave je između 13:00 i 21:30. Prijave od 21:30 moraju se dogovoriti pojedinačno.

 

5.3. Vrijeme odlaska je od 06:00-11:00 ili kasnije, ovisno o prethodnom dogovoru.

 

  1. OSOBNA IDENTIFIKACIJA

Gosti moraju imati važeće osobne dokumente. Ako gost izgubi putovnicu tijekom putovanja ili je ukradena putovnica, gostu snosi troškove izdavanja novih dokumenata.

 

  1. PLAĆANJE

7.1. Plaćanje smještaja vrši se izravno domaćinu Ugostiteljstvo “Čuček”.

 

  1. POLITIKA OTKAZIVANJA REZERVACIJE

8.1. Otkazivanje rezervacije se ne naplaćuje.

 

  1. KUĆNA PRAVILA

9.1. Kako bi osigurali ugodan boravak za sve goste, kao i da se spriječi eventualna neslaganja, svi gosti moraju pročitati Kućna pravila. Po potvrdi rezervacije, podrazumijeva se da ste razumjeli sve segmente pravila i da ćete ih u potpunosti pridržavati.

 

9.2. Ako gost uoči oštećenih predmeta, dužan je obavijestiti svog domaćina kako bi otklonio štetu što je prije moguće.

 

9.3. Gostima će se naplaćivati sva šteta na predmetima, bilo da je namjerno ili nenamjerno.

 

9.4. Koristite energiju racionalno.

 

9.5. U slučaju gubitka ključeva, gost će se odmah obratiti domaćinu na ili na +385 (91) 434 6651 ili ugostiteljstvocucek@gmail.com

 

9.6. Tijekom boravka gosti će se pridržavati kućnih pravila, koja propisuje da je glasna glazba i zabave strogo zabranjene.

 

  1. PRIVATNOST

Ugostiteljstvo “Čuček” zadržava sve osobne podatke koje ste unijeli tijekom korištenja naše web stranice ili prilikom rezervacije putem drugih sustava za online rezervaciju. Osobni podaci mogu uključivati vaše ime, adresu, telefonski broj i adresu e-pošte. Kako bismo spriječili neovlašteni pristup, obavljamo fizičke, elektroničke i organizacijske postupke čime se štiti osobne informacije od slučajnog ili nezakonitog uništavanja, slučajnog gubitka, izmjene i neovlaštenog otkrivanja ili pristupa.

 

Ugostiteljstvo “Čuček” koristi osobne podatke i druge podatke prikupljene na web stranici kako bi: (a) pružio tražene proizvode i usluge (uglavnom u svrhu obrade Vaše rezervacije) i (b) pružanje informacija o našim proizvodima i uslugama. Ugostiteljstvo “Čuček” ne dijeli vaše osobne podatke s trećim stranama. Dijeljenje određenih osobnih podataka s odabranim partnerima, kada je to potrebno, neće se otkriti trećim stranama bez vašeg pristanka.

Ugostiteljstvo „Čuček“ offers accomodation in private rooms and serving meals and drinks. By accessing, browsing or using our website and/or making a reservation, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to said conditions set by Ugostiteljstvo „Čuček“

  1. CATEGORIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF FACILITIES

Accommodation and facilities we offer have been described in accordance with the official categorization set by the Republic of Croatia, applicable at the time of programme publication. Ugostiteljstvo „Čuček“ assumes no responsibility for information, in written or oral form, which is not in accordance with the description of services and facilities published on website, and which has been received by a third party. Ugostiteljstvo „Čuček“ shall not be liable in case of incorrect information by business partners.

 

  1. RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION

3.1. By making a reservation of accommodation, the guest enters into a direct relationship with Ugostiteljstvo „Čuček“.

 

3.2. Reservations may be made online or by telephone: +385 (91) 434 6651. We are also available on the e-mail ugostiteljstvocucek@gmail.com.  Reservation is complet only when it is successfully approved (by e-mail or phone)

3.3. Minimum stay are 2 hours

 

  1. PRICE OF SERVICES

4.1. The current price of services is listed on our website, as well as in the offer received via online booking system or from a reservations department. In case of any changes or deviations from the booked service, the regular prices shall be charged.

 

4.2. Refund is not possible for services which have not been used.

 

4.3. All types of special services which are not included in the price shall be paid by the guest and the guest shall order them at the time of reservation or by making an inquiry on the location.

 

4.4. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or modify a reservation in case there has been misuse of the reservation system or if the reservation has been an obvious mistake made by the user.

 

4.5. Prices include the cost of accommodation, the cost of electricity, heating, bed linen, towels, brochures, city maps and final cleaning.

 

4.6. Tourist tax will be charged at reception during check-out

 

4.7. Free wireless Internet is available in all rooms and. Host shall not be held

responsible for potential technical problems caused by a service provider.

 

4.8. Breakfast can be served in restaurant and it is charged additionally.

 

4.9 Extra beds are available at a request, and their availability should be confirmed by email.

 

  1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT

5.1. On the day of arrival,  room is at your disposal from 13:00

 

5.2. Check-in time is between 13:00 and 21:30. Check-in after 21:30 needs to be arranged individually.

 

5.3. Check-out time is from 06:00-11:00 or later, depending on previous agreement.

 

  1. PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION

Guests are required to have valid identity documents. If a guest loses a passport during a trip or the passport is stolen, the cost of issuance of new documents shall be borne by the guest.

 

  1. PAYMENT

7.1. Accommodation payment shall be made directly to host Ugostiteljstvo „Čuček“.

 

  1. CANCELLATION POLICY

8.1. For cancellation of a reservation, guest shall not be charged.

 

  1. HOUSE RULES

9.1. In order to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests as well as to prevent any potential disagreement, all guests shall read the House Rules. Upon reservation confirmation, it is implied that you have understood all segments of the House Rules and that you will fully adhere to them.

 

9.2. If the guest notices faulty of damaged items they shall notify their host in order to fix the damage as soon as possible.

 

9.3. Guests shall be charged for all damage to items, whether it was made intentionally or unintentionally.

 

9.4. Please use energy rationally.

9.6. During their stay guests shall adhere to the House Rules, which stipulates that loud music and parties are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

 

  1. PRIVACY

Ugostiteljstvo „Čuček“  shall retain any personal data you provide during the use of our website or when making a reservation via other online booking systems. Personal information may include your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. In order to prevent unauthorized access, we perform physical, electronic and organizational procedures, thus protecting personal information from accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, modification and unauthorized disclosure or access. Ugostiteljstvo „Čuček“  uses personal information and other data collected on the website in order to: (a) provide requested products and services (mostly for the purpose of processing your reservation) and, (b) provide information about our products and services.

 

Ugostiteljstvo „Čuček“ do not share your personal information with third parties. Sharing certain personal information with selected partners, when necessary, shall not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
